Gemma Dearman

Gemma Dearman - Managing Director

Director; Gemma Dearman has worked within the lettings industry for around 9 years. She has experience in managing some of the Towns largest Student Accommodation buildings and knows exactly what it takes to manage your property successfully. Her "hands on" management style and ability to ensure that each and every Tenancy runs as smoothly as possible is what truly sets The Property Pad apart. "We like to keep it simple at The Property Pad - we work incredibly hard and we know our stuff!"

Whitney McCarroll

Whitney McCarroll - Lettings Co-ordinator

Whitney is relatively new to the industry, she joined the company in February 2016 and has already proven to be a very valuable member of the team. With a passion for providing excellent customer service she gets on well with clients and works very hard to ensure that clients get the service they deserve. Delightful young lady with a very promising career ahead.

Samuel Logan

Samuel Logan - Lettings Apprentice

Sam is our newest member of staff and has already made a big impact to the Hastings office! He has some experience within the property industry but is looking to focus on a career in lettings. We have very high hopes for this charming, energetic and enthusiastic young man.

Accounts Office -

Fionagh Harding - Director 

Fionagh has recently joined the board of Directors and has a wealth of business knowledge across many different sectors. Although Fionagh is not based in the Hastings office, she plays an active role in ensuring that the company continues to grow and progress whilst upholding the company ethos of providing excellent customer service to each and every Landlord, Tenant and Student. Her experience and business acumen are vital to the continued success of the company.

Ruth Barnes - Accounts Manager

Ruth is based in our accounts office and takes care of the daily payment run to Landlords, among many other things! We boast a 24 hour processing time, meaning we aim to pay Landlords within 24 hours of receiving the rent. Ruth is highly experienced within this role and her attention to detail is second to none. She plays a vital role within the company and clients benefit from a highly efficient accounts service thanks to this lovely lady.
